Nokia offers free replacement of a set of chargers found to be defective. The affected chargers are those manufactured by BYD between June 15, 2009 and August 9, 2009 and with the following model types:
AC -3U
AC-3E
and those manufactured by BYD between April 13, 2009 and October 25, 2009 and with the following model type:
AC-4U Apparently, the casing of these chargers may come off when being unplugged and may cause electrocution if the user is not careful. Tropical storm Basyang (international name: Conson) hit manila on July 13, 2010. It packed winds from 95 to 120 km per hour. At midnight of that day, there was a massive blackout in luzon. As of 9:30am of July 14, 2010, cellular service are as follows: Smart and PLDT Landline plus: Up and running well Globe: Low signal to none Sun: No signal since midnight I guess that it is smart to go with smart specially when it comes to emergencies. |
