Smart just released a promo that allows for Smart (buddy/tnt) to dial a number and receive a 4 peso emergency load. This load is BORROWED from smart and will be deducted from your next top up load. This will allow users with zero balance to get load enough to text someone, or three for that matter, or access the sim's load wallet to load yourself. This is a very generous offer from smart and i guess it is not a loss to them since it will be repaid once the user gets another load.

 To get the emergency load, you just type in *767 (or *SOS in the keypad) and then press send. You will then get a message that states "You have received 4 smart-to-smart/tnt texts valid for 1 day. P4 will be deducted upon your next top-up.Thank you."

 Once you load, you will get another message reminding you of the 4 you borrowed and that it will be deducted from the load you just made.

 Kudos to Smart and to Mr. Danilo Mojica, the head of smart's wireless division. I can use this service a lot. I hope it becomes permanent.
